#ByRepost This is a long post. Da Kid wanted to tell all of you who attended the Benefit for Frank “Frankie” Orr last night that Da Kid has to tip his hat and bow his head to all of you. Da Kid is humbled that the majority of the people who attended does not know Frankie; however, you attended, generously and unconditionally gave to a great person you have never met based on trust.  With graduations and competing cigar events on the same day, you chose to follow the cause of Kokua for Frankie, Mahalos!  Your generosity is humbling as the average amount that each person who attended gave to Frankie was over $180. And Da Kid is proud to announce that all of it will go to Frankie.  There are people that have to be thanked for their donations of cigars, cigar accessories, spirits and most of all time.  Chris Duque for donating the Custom Xikar Travel Case. James Reeves for donating a bottle of wine. Keith Hittler for the donation of a Tatuaje Old Man in the C.  John Cavaco for the donation of J. Fuego cigars. Bobby Shintani for the donation of the Pilau T-Shirts. Kalani Matsuura, owner of the Mokuleia Cigar Company, for the donation of cigars from Table 36, rare Vivalo cigars, rare Paul Garmirian cigars and donating your time. Keane Tanake, owner of Aloha Cigars Tobacco & Hookah, for his donation of cigars from 1502 Cigars, rare Arturo Fuente, rare Tatuaje, Viaje, a rare bottle of The Suntory Old Whiskey from 1980 and donating your time. David Suzuki, owner of Urbane Cigars, for his donation of cigars from Selected Tobacco, Cubanacan Cigars and a rare Paul Garmirian.
